There are 2 sets of files, Excel and Adobe. Use either one set or the other, and please download

the instruction file. If you want to use the Adobe files, you will need to download and install Adobe Reader version 8.

There is a link in the middle of the page to do this; if you use it, you don't need to download the Photoshop program.
