TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE

NCNMEDD offers technical assistance to local communities, particularly those with limited resources. Staff can assist with

• Community based planning;
• Proposal development;
• Project management;
• Interface with federal and state agencies;
• Services to the elderly;
• Business development services; and
• Development of local government capabilities.

Because the District staff is limited, we ask communities to contact us well in advance of anticipated deadlines and to understand that we can supplement but not replace their own staff or volunteer resources.
